Our fee structure creates an advisory relationship that is completely unbiased, allowing it to be built on a foundation of trust and transparency. We spend on average 10-20 hours planning a trip from initial discussions to when the client is home. As with most travel professionals, we charge an upfront, non-refundable, planning fee for our services.

$150 - Tier 1
$250 - Tier 2
A personalized travel planning service for you and your household. The fee covers our extensive research, expertise, itinerary design, access to trustworthy suppliers and amenities, complete booking and trip management and support while you are traveling..
Tier 1 includes custom trips with durations 6 days or less, land + cruises, international resorts, and small groups with less than 10 rooms.
Tier 2 includes custom trips with durations 7 days or more and groups larger than 10 rooms.

Complimentary
All Domestic Hotel Only bookings will be complimentary to our valued clients. Treat yourself to a staycation at a luxury property with a VIP experience when booked through Virtuoso, Marriott Stars & Luminous or Hyatt Prive.
Cruises
$50 per cruise
Plan your next ocean or river cruise with us to access special cruise rates not accessible to the public. Our expertise on the ever-changing cruise itineraries, cabin rooms, and quality cruise lines will bring you confidence in your selection. The fee covers our extensive research, expertise, access to trustworthy suppliers and amenities, booking your cabin, trip management and support while you are traveling.
